ABOUT CASTINGN

Building the operating system
for Korean enterprise spend.

MESSAGE FROM CEO

From procurement, to operating standard.

Junhyuk Choi · CEO & Co-Founder, Castingn
Beyond a company that simply cuts costs — we will be the infrastructure company that designs the fair structure of enterprise spend.

Castingn began in 2016 with one question: "Can enterprise procurement be managed in a more right way?" From Korea's first indirect-procurement bidding platform, we have built — one layer at a time — the operating system for Korean enterprise spend.

The market shift we observe is unmistakable. Korean enterprises adopted ERP, SCM, and CRM over the past three decades. But the 30% of revenue that flows through "spend" had no system. Absence of governance, absence of data, and absence of decision-making — accumulated for decades.

Castingn's answer is the inevitable order of "governance → data → AI." Data collected without governance is contaminated data. AI trained on contaminated data automates the wrong decisions. We do not reverse this order.

In 2026, we launch Castingn ZENO — the AI-native indirect-procurement spend management OS. Through Medihim and Ippeo, we are extending beyond procurement into medical operations and healthcare brokerage. On top of our core spend OS, we are designing operating standards across four layers.

Through the 2027 KOSDAQ listing, we are preparing so that more Korean enterprises can build with us, and so that the infrastructure we are designing reaches further.
